M. Rudy Purnomo

Rudy graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Economic Management from the University Atmajaya, Jakarta and then went on to do his Masters’ Degree in Business (Marketing) at University of Technology Sydney graduating in 2000.

Rudy has the ability to help organizations understand that the science of management and the art of leadership work hand in hand, complementing one another in order to achieve sustainable profitability.

He brings to EBS more than 25 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales, Business Development and Commercial Strategy from a wide range of industries and has held several Senior Strategic Positions working for several International and Financial Services Companies.

He is well known and his expertise highly respected with a proven successful track record in the implementation and delivery of:

Ricky was brought up in Sydney Australia, where he lived for 25 years before returning home to Indonesia in 2000. He has qualifications in Civil Engineering and Business (Management & Finance). He has been working in the Asia Pacific Region for 20 years, the majority of which has been in the Corporate and Financial Services Industry. His reputation is well known and his expertise highly respected. During the past 15 years he has held several Senior Executive Management Positions in the Financial Services Industry and has a proven successful track record in:

  • International Project Development and Management
  • Project Finance and Structured & Trade Finance, Credit & Financial Risk Management

He has extensive experience servicing clients and projects across a wide spectrum of sectors such as Aviation & Marine Transportation, Civil Construction & Project Development, Banking & Finance, F&B and FMCG, Chemicals – Pharmaceuticals, Packaging and Plastics, IT & Communications, Energy, Mining and Power. Further, he has also achieved success in raising finance for plant, machinery & equipment acquisition, working capital and trade finance (A/R and Supply Chain).

During the COVID-19 Pandemic crisis, Ricky was invited by several organisations as Keynote Speaker for several webinars and podcasts with such themes as “Maintaining Liquidity and Sustainable Trade amid COVID 19”, “Enhance Your Sales Capability amid the Pandemic Challenges” and “Contribution to Economic Recovery in the New Normal”.

Ricky is a Lecturer and Tutor for the APARI (Asosiasi Ahli Pialing Asuransi & Reasuransi Indonesia) Insurance Broker Education Programs at both Adjunct and Expert Levels and for AALC (Ahli Asuransi Learning Centre and was a Guest Lecturer on Project Management and Operations Management at IPMI International Business School for MBA Post Graduate Studies in 2008 and 2013.

Ricky holds professional Insurance Qualifications such as Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia (APAI), Certified Insurance & Reinsurance Broker (CIIB) and ANZIIF Senior Associate, CIP. Ricky also completed insurance training at Lloyds Insurance Markets in London and Hong Kong. Recently in 2020 Ricky attained Accreditation from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi – Republik Indonesia (BNSP LSP – RI) [National Board for Professional Certification Institute for Professional Certification – Retail Indonesia] in the field of Selling Products Serving Customers. He has been invited as Moderator, Executive Trainer and Facilitator for Product and Sales Training by several organisations.

Zarina Guah

Zarina holds Professional Qualification and Certification in the fields of Management and Leadership. She is also ISO Certified in Occupational First Aid accredited by Singapore Red Cross Academy and possesses an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA – Institute of Adult Learning).

A dedicated and experienced Facilitator, On-the-Job Trainer and Educator with hands on experience having previously trained more than 10,000 Grassroots Leaders (GRLs), Community Leaders, Teachers, Students, Government Officials, CEOs, and Corporate Leaders.

Saiful Barazi is an experienced trainer, facilitator and consultant with deep knowledge in management systems, leadership and communication. He specializes in management systems for quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, food & beverage and business continuity.

He has great passion for training, learning and development and is able to work effectively with people at all levels.

He has helped many organizations including MNCs in developing, implementing and maintaining their management systems for sustainable business operation since 1996.

Beyond those capacities, he had served these organizations as a Training Director, Group Safety Manager, Principal QEHS Consultant, Trainer and Advisor. In addition, he has been providing clients with non statutory OHS related in house training such as Risk assessment, Effective Workplace Inspections, Fire Safety Awareness etc.

Through his two decades of serving clients, Saiful has received awards and letters of commendation for his dedication, professionalism and commitment.
