EBS was created and founded by Ir. R. Ricky S. Natapradja back on 1st February 2019 as a Sole Proprietary Business initially providing Business & Corporate Consulting and Development & Training Services.

In the first year of start-up more than 150+ people attended the Development & Training Programs of EBS. This excellent start to a new business is what most people could only dream of, and typically most new businesses would fail in their first year.

Due to the amazing business growth, Essential Business Solutions became a fully registered and licenced Private National Company in Indonesia on 19th June 2019 with the issuance of the Deeds of Establishment under the name of PT Essensi Bisnis Solusi and received approval from the Ministry of Justice & Human Rights [Kementrian Hukum & HAM] on 24th June 2019.

Now, more than 500+ people from than 35 Major International and Local Indonesian companies have participated in EBS development & training programs since commencing back in February 2019
